    This site, sponsored by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology allows you to sign up for the digital version of Pause magazine which provides expert advice on midlife health. You can also sign-up for a free e-newsletter with information on topics like managing hot flashes, heart, disease, staying healthy, etc.

    Another free on-line source for midlife issues. This site also provides detailed information on Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder along with self-help options.

    You can research topics prior to or after your visit to the office. The patient information is free. A valuable resource.

    Go to “The ACOG patient page”. The American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology provides patient education pamphlets on a variety of OB/GYN topics.

    www.nof.org
    The National Osteoporosis Foundation provides information on prevention, sources of calcium, treatment options, etc.
